Fender Mustang Dakota Red 1966

Ladies and Gentleman, a 100% all original and super preserved Fender Mustang from 1966. The story goes a grandpa bought this new but barely played it and left it in a case, I bought it from the son of the original owner and he told me that it was stored all these years and not played. Theres 0 issues on this baby, with a gorgeous and vibrant original finish, and a stellar and rare brazilian rosewood fingerboard. The Guitar plays amazingly, the neck is straight with 90% fret life left, the pickups sounds awesome and you can rip some Kurt cobain. Theres no bad contact or scratchy pots and no buzzing or dead spots. This is a perfect time capsule piece with no problems and 100% ready to rock. It even comes with the original case with original denim strap and cable. This is a true piece of history as well as a great investment. (Thank you Kurt cobain and John Frusciante). Condition: In very good, completely original condition except the switch for the bridge pickup (Original in case). Handful of minor dings that are clearly pictured, but normal for a 55 year old instrument. neck and headstock is 100% perfectly preserved and truss rod has never even been turned. The original shim is still in the neck and all screws and bolts turn perfectly. 100% fully functioning, original case is in 99% perfect shape except the left latch is locked. (I did not try but its possible to pick the locks on these cases).

Electronics: All original electronics, untouched solder joints except replaced switch for bridge switching. (Original switch in case but not functional) All electronics have been sprayed with contact cleaner and theres no scratchy pots. Switches are smooth and input jack is tight. Original Cloth wires.
