Not many sunburst tele basses circulate anymore, this baby hosts the most gorgeous slab of ash, and a solid 1pc maple neck. Theres really no playability or cosmetic flaws and its full of tone. The seth lover wide range pickups sounds so juicy and punchy, each notes rings like a bell with the help of the 50 year old wood. The 1pc maple neck has the perfect c shape that has morphed to the hand over time and is a dream to play on. Vintage pieces like this cannot be recreated anymore, in fact this piece is technically a reproduction of the early p basses. This baby looks as good as it sounds, look at the wood grain on that ash, the sunburst finish is original and perfect, the iconic telecaster design is so nice to look at and this piece is an amazing player as well as an investment. Not to mention a great addition to your arsenal, the widerange pickups, ash body, and 1meg pots give a distinct sonic tonality that you'll never get from another instrument. I personally love this combination and sounds really good in a mix. Finally, I have personally set up this piece with perfect action, intonation, and relief down to the micrometer. Tech notes: Perfect Playing instrument with no problems, truss rod functions in perfect working order, neck is straight, no scratchy pots, no structural issues, no repairs. There are two screw holes from strap locks that were not filled, one at the top of the right horn (not pictured) and one right above the jackplate on the top contour (look in the pic with the serial plate). All else perfect, tons of life left in frets.

Electronics: All original electronics, seth lover widrange pickups for 75', pots date to 74' and 75'.
