TL:DR 100% original besides tuners which are from early-mid 70's gold gibson tulip tuners and 1 knob. Really nice natural relic and great sounding piece, meticulously setup so you'll have zero problems out the box. Little bit of flamed maple on the right side :)

Such a fun guitar to play, The combination of old and dehydrated mahogany with the super thrashy and airy T-Tops just make this such a great sounding instrument. You just will not get this kind of tone from modern day lp's. (Although I love what gibson is doing these days and they sound amazing) its just a different sound that is so vintage and pleasant. A great investment too, this is an lp than you can play, its already been played in for you and the neck is already naturally smooth that you can just glide on. The Tobacco burst is super familiar with the gold speed knobs and white plastics that have aged to cream, pearloid block inlays with the original fretless wonders that ring like a bell. The sustain is off the charts, I love lp standards on a clean channel way more than the lp customs, they just have this growl and the rosewood on this sounds amazing and looks super nice too it has a great grain pattern and color thats really stands out. Overall a super awesome piece that is very inspiring and definitely makes me play a different type of way. The neck is a 60's slim taper c shape that fills out alot into the 12th fret. 0.79" at 1st, 0.99" at 12th. Not too hefty at 10.002 lbs but that weight comes from a dense slab of mahogany that has no more moisture content and sings when strummed. I really think 70's lp standards are gonna cost a fortune one day, they play way too nicely not too and look bad ass. Thanks for looking
This piece has been fully setup with our "Gilded Treatment." This means instrument has been fully inspected, professionally photographed and documented along will a full deep cleaning of any residual grime and dust, pots are cleaned of debris and sprayed with contact cleaner to add a layer of cleaning and protection. Its amazing how clean pots and contacts bring so much tone back. Polished frets to allow you to "glide" over the fretboard. Dialed Nut Height with optimal slots and contact points with lubrication. Action and intonation is dead on and neck relief is perfect. The neck has absolutely no warps or humps and the truss rod turns perfectly with tons of room to turn for seasonal changes. Thank you for looking

You'll be shocked to find how good our pro setup is! A 100$ value free! big bends fretting out is a thing of the past, find out for yourself!

Condition: All original parts except potentially the tuners and 1 knob (original in case). Lots of cloudiness/haziness around the edges of the body, lots of tiny marks and little tiny areas of finish wear mostly on the edges. one or two actual dings and very light buckle rash on the back. Theres a spot above the poker chip that has bubbled up from under the lacquer and flaked off revealing the color coat. Definitely was around nicotine but we at gilded guitars specialized in deep cleans and can assure you there is absolutely no nicotine smell on the guitar nor in the case anymore. Neck has had lots of natural wear and is super smooth. Evidence of wall hanger rash on the sides of the headstock. Absolutely no break or repairs, details are purely cosmetic and for full transparency.

Electronics:
All original pots date to the 28th week of 1978 and pickups to 1979. Untouched solder joints all original electronics.
