Paul Reed Smith McCarty 594 Wood Library 2017 Fire Red to Grey Black Fade

TL:DR 100% Original, No Issues/Repairs/Mods. Stunning piece, flawless except teeny tiny ding on top. Unreal tone and neck profile (Pattern vintage).

I am writing this description with the guitar in my hands and holy sh*t does this thing rip. I mean this is a desert island guitar, total quiver killer, the final guitar. Firstly, can you just look at that top, the Nitro lacquer coat is so smooth, shiny, and exposes the surreal Fire Red to grey black fade stained deep into a carved super flamed maple top. The giant slab of korina (white limba) underneath adds all the mid range and sustain you will ever need and looks and feels so amazing it. This piece is like therapy, it soothes the soul as it feels so good to hold and sounds so amazing. The Curly maple binding perfectly blends the signature uber flamed maple top with the white limba body. The Smoked and gold hardware along with ever so articulate and glassy 58/15 LT pickups sit proudly on top of such a beauty. The White limba neck has the most perfect neck profile you will ever want for any circumstance, its the perfect thickness for comfort but you dont even feel it in your hands, they totally nailed it. Milled on top is a super secret Cocobolo board that is just obviously so much prettier than the stunning east indian rosewood veneer on the headstock. This fretboard is a killer piece of wood but the dead level perfectly straight PRS frets just glisten on top of the Cream binding. Yea Pattern Vintage is the way to go, best PRS and I dont even like big necks but this one is so ergonomic I seriously cant feel it in my palm.

SO Versatile. You can get every single tone you will ever want with the coil tapping. Split tones are stratocaster bell like juicy and punchy, while humbucking mode is total cream and thrash tones. And then you can combine the too which is actually such a fantastic sound, neck humbucker+ coil tapped bridge pickup , you can play any garcia riff. Ill be honest Im a vintage snob but I sell PRS because these are the future of guitars and thats what im traveling with, the vintage strats are for special occasions ;). Seriously The PRS 58/15 LT signature sound comes from the attack, each note has this punchy, juicy, glassy bite to it, just listen to any dead and company recording and that attack from every note Mayer plays is what your getting from this piece. But the 24.594 scale length ads even more harmonic over tones, and has a tighter faster feel to the strings. Total dime piece right here and ultimately one of the finest guitars made in the past 20-30 years. Enjoy this one folks I surely am. Also the og case is gorgeous. 

This piece has been fully setup with our "Gilded Treatment." This means instrument has been fully inspected, professionally photographed and documented along will a full deep cleaning of any residual grime and dust, pots are cleaned of debris and sprayed with contact cleaner to add a layer of cleaning and protection. Its amazing how clean pots and contacts bring so much tone back. Polished frets to allow you to "glide" over the fretboard. Dialed Nut Height with optimal slots and contact points with lubrication. Action and intonation is dead on and neck relief is perfect. The neck has absolutely no warps or humps and the truss rod turns perfectly with tons of room to turn for seasonal changes.
